When a new salon opens
The technical business coach will provide best practices on how to interview managers and stylists. Once the staff members are in place, they attend franchise training where they learn everything from how to greet customers at the door to the ins and outs of the FS Cut & Color exclusive product line.
The operations team trains franchisees on salon fundamentals like scheduling and increasing their bottom line. In addition to monthly meetings for franchise owners and their managers, educators hold monthly meetings and periodic classes on color, cutting techniques, and more, so that stylists can stay on top of the latest trends.
