Is Multi-Unit Ownership Possible?

It’s not only possible, it’s preferred! With our easily-scaled business model, and many franchisees become multi-unit operators.

Most Franchisees Are Multi-Unit Owners

Although many franchisees start their Fantastic Sams franchise with just a single unit, most of our salons are operated by multi-unit owners. That’s because Fantastic Sams operates in an industry with long-term economic stability, and we strive to make it easier for investors to own multiple units through financial incentives (2-packs, 3-packs, 4-packs or 5-packs) as well as our relationships with solid banking and financial institutions.

We also offer qualified persons the right to enter into a multi-unit development agreement for Fantastic Sams franchises. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a multi-unit development business is between $40,000 and $125,000 (for a 2 to 10 franchise deal). This entire amount must be paid to the franchisor.*
